What we did
HMS took over three hotels all located within a block of each other in a suburb of a major US city. The hotels represented three different brands from within the Hilton portfolio, and included a full-service, a focused-service and an all-suite hotel, totaling 509 rooms.
We assessed the market, the hotel infrastructure, and the needs of the team. We worked with asset managers and the owner to develop a plan to reposition the assets to improve group business. We improved our local outreach to the community to improve our reputation and recognition.
